I have a 2015 GT and my AC has been giving me trouble. I'm having to go back to the dealer to get it recharged multiple times a year it seems. I don't know if it's the dealer's incompetence or if I have an issue. Any ideas?

sounds like your mechanic is playing you. i'd try another guy.
Just recharge it yourself. Look at this video, it looks like it covers it. I do this myself, or similar:
