?? Harsh vibration in mustang ii

This little pony has been my baby for years and I tinker with it as a hobby. I recently put a new tranny in, a tr-3550 and after that it started vibrating pretty badly, like a high frequency vibration. I changed the differential but nothing helped. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

The pinion angle needs to be the same. If your tranny tail shaft is down by x degrees, and pinion should be x degrees up. I assume that when you changed trannies the angle got screwed up. Goodluck with it.
